This is an annual event held during the summer holidays for children 10 to 14 years of age. It covers basic cooking and baking techniques, nutrition, kitchen safety, sanitation and dining etiquette. The highlight of each Camp is the Parent Gala Dinner hosted by the students as their graduating ceremony on the final evening of the program.
The 2010 camp is totally sold out. Watch for next year's dates and registration information.
In the event that the HST comes into effect on July 1st, an additional 8% tax will be levied on the camp fees.
